OUR HISTORY

Introduction: An entrepreneur is an innovator or a creator who introduces something new to the firm or economy. Most often, the types of entrepreneurship are broken into four categories: (i) small business (ii) scalable startups (iii) large company or entrepreneurship (iv) social entrepreneurship. My Entrepreneurship is scalable Startups. It's my Dream & related to the Liberation War of 1971 for that I named It Dream71 IT Services.

Early Life: It starts with the better & best IT services in my local area & provides good quality customer service. Good quality services can change a whole area's economic value.

Education: It is the most valuable subject is IT services, for that I completed a Diploma in Computer Science & also completed a Bachelor of Honours in English Subject. Although for start this business or service I take different types of short course about IT & customer services.

Initial Step in a Business:  I Start with a Great Idea & then Make a Business Plan. Then started to Secure Funding for my Startup. The most important step is to target customers for that I Surround myself With the Right People. I am sure that I am Following All the Legal Steps & Establishing a Location (both Physical and Online). Finally, Develop a Marketing Plan & started Building a Customer Base & Customer relationship.

Opportunity had & Utilized: First of all, I have very strong knowledge of the IT sector & Good knowledge of Customer Services. Because I am passing my free time for customer services in Local Market & Brand Shop. Finally, I utilized my IT knowledge & Experience in Customer service management.

Achievements:  Alhamdolliha, My great achievement is Public support. Because the whole area had no Expert IT services before I started my journey. I also got a time award from BSCIC (Bangladesh Small and Cottage Industries Corporation) for great impact on Small & Medium Businesses. Another success is my IT services got placement in the Sheik Kamal IT & Incubation Center Project for development in the local IT & ITES Sector.  Finally, the ICT Olympiad Bangladesh is loading, I hope it will be a great opportunity for me.

Social Activity:  Alhamdolliha, My IT services are also involved in Social Activity. During the COVID-19 Period, my startup business tried to reach all kinds of  IT products & Services in total delivery charge-free.
I also build a social community where all young boys & girls who are interested in the IT sector & try to develop their skills, my startup helps them as much as possible.

Conclusion: My startup Dream71 IT is a dream for ready the whole country to face & the challenge of the 4th Industrial Revolution. It also changed the whole country’s nowadays poor situation in the ITES sector.
